What I do

I build SaaS for founders who need real software fast. Mostly martech and affiliate tooling, because that's where my domain expertise is. Sometimes I replace overpriced SaaS with something cheaper and owned.

Three products shipped solo so far: Trcker, Pulse, and Ezra. Each one is in production with real users. None of them are pitch decks.

How I work

I'm an operator first. My background is in affiliate program operations and marketing tech, which means I understand the day-to-day of the people who actually use the software I build. I pair that domain knowledge with Claude Code as a force multiplier: I shape the architecture, run security review on every sensitive PR, debug what AI misses, and make the judgment calls. AI handles most of the keystrokes.

The combination ships SaaS in 6–12 weeks for most projects. It fits greenfield builds, SaaS replacements, and ongoing iteration on shipped products. For deep long-term infrastructure ownership or 24/7 coverage, a full-time engineer is the better choice.

What's not in scope

• Fixed-price engagements on vague scope. Let's define the work together first, then I'll build it.
• Long-term maintenance of code someone else wrote.
• 24/7 on-call or SLA-backed support.
• Compliance audits (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI). Happy to point you to specialists who do this well.
• Engagements where "we'll figure it out as we go" is the brief.

Where I came from

Background is operations: affiliate program management, performance marketing, partnerships. I learned to build software because I kept hitting the same wall — the SaaS I was paying for didn't do what I needed, and the alternatives cost more than they should.

Around 2024 I started using Claude Code seriously. Within months I'd shipped my first SaaS. Within a year, three of them. The work I do for clients is the same work I do for myself: real products, fast.

Beliefs

• A working preview beats a polished slide deck. Always.
• Owned code beats rented SaaS for anything you'll keep more than two years.
• AI is a force multiplier for operators with domain knowledge. It's not a substitute for understanding the problem.
• Shipping fast is more honest than promising perfectly.
